Krishna Sarees are just plain awful and downright rude. They treat customers like dirt and seem to care only about their own pockets. It's all about ripping folks off and making them feel foolish. They charge between £49 and £59 for a Navratri chaniya choli, which is a whopping 50,000 Indian rupees, while they’ve only spent about 400 rupees on each piece. The quality of these chaniya cholis is terrible; they’re falling apart everywhere. The blouses don’t even have buttons, and the strings come off easily. When I asked for help, the owner suggested I use safety pins to hold it together! I’d love to see him try wearing a ripped blouse with safety pins. They also don’t provide the gold and white strings for the chaniya. Plus, there’s no lining to hide the threads and embroidery. They claim to have a tailor but want to charge extra for alterations. After all that money spent, they should be offering alterations included in the price! Instead, he lied and said there was no tailor available. What a joke! It’s clear they have someone on staff. These people are the worst. Seriously, steer clear of buying anything from them!

I reached out to the shop, and they let me know I could swing by to swap the gown for a bigger size or even pick a different style.
